Return & Refund Policy

Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable. Subject to the other Terms and Conditions, no product or service can be returned.

However, Farah reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue credit vouchers equivalent to the refund amount in certain cases. In exceptional situations, a monetary refund may be processed if the customer provides their bank account details, and only after mutual agreement and written confirmation with the customer.

Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

Farah is not responsible for and does not guarantee refunds in the following cases:

  • Flowers, plants, fruits, sweets, gift products, or preserved items delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the sender.

  • Unsuccessful deliveries resulting from the recipient not being available at the address at the time of delivery.

  • Reduced product quality caused by an incorrect delivery address provided by the sender or a reroute requested by the sender.

  • Any product quality issues caused by improper handling by the recipient.


Exchanges

Farah does not accept any product exchanges.


Damaged/Defective Products

If you receive a product in a damaged or defective condition, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery by calling us at +971 56258 5432 and emailing clear photographs of the product to contact@farah.ae.

At Farah’s sole discretion, we will either:

  • Deliver a new product to you at no additional cost, or

  • Refund the amount related to the product.

Once the refund process is initiated, it may take 10–15 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
